Does that say kick-ass urban fantasy or what?  Kanaxa is master of cover art.  😀

  1. She looks pissed! I like it!!!!!! (you can tell how much by the amount of question marks). I love the shading and the fact that she looks bigger than life. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!! Like Edie said “You’ll sell a lot of books…”

    • Thanks, Magaly. My kick-ass girl on the cover has it going on. Not only does it have the UF elements, but I love the grunge look, too. Fingers crossed girlfriend sells a bunch of books. Momma needs a nursery and some diapers. 😆

  2. You got the hookup on the cover. I love it! I agree with Edie and Magaly, you’ll sell alot of books.

Your cover will reel them in. I hate to say it but, when I’m looking for a new author, the cover gets my attention.

    • Thanks, Melissa. 🙂

No shame in looking at the cover first. Usually, I look at the title first. That was how I picked up my first LKH book, The Laughing Corpse. No way was I passing up a book with a title like that. 😆

    • The airbrushed wolf was your idea, Kath. 😀 The first thing that popped into my head on the second cover was a King Kong trampling the city. That was sooooo not the idea I wanted to portray. So, I asked the cover artist if she could airbursh it, make it look more like a shadow. Wah-la!

  3. Oooh, it’s lovely! I should schedule you to guest blog on my Hooked On Romance blog.

It’s it always an awesome feeling to see your book cover. It just reaffirms there is an upcoming release. How cool!

    • Count me in, Jax! 😀 I’m trying to get as much exposure for this thing without busting the budget. Speaking of which, I need to send you the .jpg.

And speaking of releases, I hear that Ms. Cassidy Kent has a release called SUNSWEPT this month. Sounds like I’m not the only one who’s on cloud nine. 🙂
